Saturday we went to the park and then the Blazer baseball game. Amelia had such a good time!!!

Doc visit

I went back to the Dr on Tuesday.....it took....FOREVER and lucky me gets to start going twice a week. On a good note I actually lost a little weight so I did not have to listen to my Dr give me the lecture on gaining too much weight, I am sure it had nothing to do with the fact I took off every possible thing I could.

We have been having a Gospel meeting at Church which has been really good, with my Aunt from Nashville, TN's preacher but due to the fact that my left foot is about the size of a Thanksgiving turkey I could not go tonight for the last night. It was REAl bad last night but usually goes down during the night....did not happen and considering the fact I am on my feet a lot during the day it has only gotten worse. Last night Donald kept referring to my kankles, after I explained what I was going to do with my kankle to him he stopped.

Now for a funny store about Mimae: Last night when we were leaving for Church she was talking like a baby, and I said you better not act like a baby because babies cannot take books to Church, she said well Anna does. I said well Anna is not a baby she is a toddler. Amelia was FURIOUS, she said don't call Anna ugly names and I am telling on you and Daddy. So we get to Church, for those who know the Plylers we sit on the same row with them, so Morgan sat by Amelia....and Amelia proceeded to "tell" on us because we called Anna a toddler. Apparently that is NOT a nice word.

Easter Weekend

Saturday was the egg hunt at Bev and Papa's. This year Amelia and Abby had to share the egg finding with Anna.

I have got to hurry Abby is coming.

When we got home we washed my car inside and out, then I had to take a nap, when I woke up 2.5 hours later this is how I found Amelia.

GCS Egg hunt

Thursday was Amelia's egg hunt at school. She said it was lots of fun.

Then on Friday one of Amelia's dreams came true when she got to ride the big yellow bus to the ballgame in Pinehurst. She loved it.....not such a smooth ride for me.....

Doc visit

Went to the Doc today, NSt went fine. Had an ultrasound, she is breech....again...she weighs 4.7 lbs which is in the 70th percentile. I had to see a completely different Dr.....he said since I was having a csection the weight and her being breech was not really an issue. Go back next week for NSt and to check the fluid.

AND......

She does have hair, the tech said quite a bit, so Amelia was thrilled about that. For those who did not see Amelia as a baby she had a head full of hair.

Egg hunt

Saturday we had our Egg Hunt at Church. Amelia was thrilled because we had donuts!!! The A-team with their loot.

Me, Wendy and Melissa, they are both due in August, but like you can even tell. Amy had taken a lovely shot at an upward angle, but it was deleted....QUICKLY!!!

I have an appt on Tuesday. The dr is calling it my 32 week appt...not sure why since according to them I am 31 weeks, but anyway. I am having a NST, and a full ultra sound and they will check her size. I am not seeing my regular Dr, but I am seeing the one that only makes me stay on the NST machine for about 10-15 minutes.

Amelia's class and the Dr visit

I had my appt on Tuesday, everything was fine, go back next week for my full ultra sound where they check all the measurements.

Tuesday night Amelia had her "Big Sister" class at the hospital. They learned how to feed the baby, wrap the baby in a blanket, burp the baby, and put on a diaper.

She also got to see the delivery room, and the post partum rooms, where the nurse explained to the children, (oldest was like 6) that if their Mommy had a vaginal birth she would stay one night. Luckily Amelia DID NOT ask what that meant. I think all the kids were amazed because they had the bed so high!! Then they got to see some babies in the nursery and get their certificates.

IT IS HOT!!!!!

Last year we had a problem with our heater getting stuck. Apparently today the monster returned!!!!!! Luckily Donald came home after school before baseball and the thermostat said it was 87 degrees, that was about 3:30. when I got home at about 6 it was still 85 degrees. Amelia and I had to stay outside b/c it was so hot. I turned all the fans on and now it is about 81!!!!!!

I am officially 30 weeks today, only 9 weeks from today and Avie will be here. Amelia is excited b/c she has her "Big Sister" class at the hospital tomorrow night. I have a Dr appt in the morning, just a NST and check up with the Dr.

AND Abby's cat, Cookie I think, had her kittens, 6 of them. I am sure ANYONE that is interested in adopting one of the bundles of joy would be more than welcome to.

We set a date!!!

Went to the Dr today, everything looked good. had a NST, which took about 30 minutes, then an ultrasound, then saw the Dr, the we set the arrival date for Avie on May 12th, I will be 39 weeks on that day. I go back next Tuesday for a NST and then starting at 32 weeks I will have the NST and ultra sound 2x a week.

Busy weekend

Saturday we had to work in the yard, after the storms on Tuesday we had about 40 tons of moss to pick up. I am sure our neighbor, who had his cleaned up by the time the storm passed, was appreciative. Amelia was on a hunt to dig up worms.

Then Saturday afternoon Kayden came to play, then Anna and Abby. Let us just say 4 girls=LOTS OF SCREAMING!!!!!!!

Using the self timer, b/c Donald takes twice as long as any female I know to get ready to go anywhere.....

And the 29 week pic..... Is it just me or is the one I did the timer on better than his that took about 10 minutes to take???

On Sunday night we went to the Stokes to eat, needless to say Mr. Larry likes Elvis.....I think Amy might have a little crush on him too considering she is the one that got him out of the corner to get her picture made and then made Anna and Amelia be in the picture.

For some unknown reason they also have quite a few wigs.......Amelia and Anna looked good in these.
