We are leaving for the beach on Friday after work, so Amelia has all of her beach toys in the living room "getting them ready". She is so excited.

Amelias mothers day present

This is the card Amelia gave me for Mothers Day, after Donald had her write all this she was tired.... This is what she made for me at school.

Last day of school

Today was Amelia's last day of school, I took the pic below yesterday. We took the same pic her first day of school, she looks to be taller....probably weighs the same. Since my computer died I cannot post the pic from her first day. The ones below were taken today at her "game day".

Her necklace is half a heart, Abby has the other side.

The last 6 in line are the kids in Amelia's class. Mackenzie, Bryson, Caleb, Amelia, Seth and Lauryn.

This is the egg race, Caleb is passing the spoon with the egg off, she raced against Daddy. With a little help from superglue on her egg and spoon she was able to pull out the win.

This is me and Amelia in the sponge race. We had to fill a sponge with water and run to the other end and squeeze out in the bucket, for some reason she thought this was hilarious.....

This is Amelia and Donald in the water balloon toss, theirs popped on the first throw...try to explain that to a 3-yr old.

Then Donald had to do the bubble gum bubble contest......

Amelia had another tbat game tonight. This is her "ready" stance.

Here she is "ready" for the ball. We have tried to explain that she needs to stand up, but she says since it rolls on the ground she needs to sit down......

After the game they had their party.....

She said that her trophy was the most beautifulest thing she had ever seen, she held it all the way home until she fell asleep....she is VERY proud!!!!

Busy week....

For those of you who have not heard...Donald graduated from VSU today!!!! As his Dad said at lunch they sent him off to college after he graduated high school in the fall of 1988 and he has finally finished. he said if nothing else he does have perseverance. Amelia and I are so proud of him, she thought the cap and gown were hilarious.

Earlier in the week our computer DIED, I mean will not even come on....so we just hooked up our new one. It is amazing how much quicker and better the new Dell is.
